We have finally reached our goal of adding 2,000 Black Metal albums to our database.

We are proud to announce that we have reached a grand total of 2,000 Black Metal albums added to our database, a goal we set out to achieve before the end of the year after adding our 1,000th album only 10 weeks ago.

Having reached our target almost four months ahead of schedule by adding an average of 100 albums a week, and satisfied that 2,000 albums offers just enough variety to keep everyone entertained, from now on we will be slowing down the addition rate while we concentrate on other aspects of the site.

The 2,000th album to be added to our database was "Die Feuer Sind Entfacht" by Austrian Pagan Black Metal band Flammensturm.
