After what turned into a 5 year hiatus, we have finally been able to find the time and resources necessary to return to activity.

We're back! (Not)

After much deliberation, we decided the time has finally arrived for us to stop procrastinating, refocus our priorities, and get BBMA back in full swing. Over the past few years we've been hard at work behind the scenes whenever we have found the time, fixing bugs, adding new features, preparing new content... and now it has all finally come to fruition.

You can already check out the 473 new album reviews we've added, with tonnes more already on the way. There are also over 20 new band biographies, fully up to date, and we've finally added our backlog of the 1,023 pending news items which were both gathered and submitted from various sources. We'd like to thank you all for your continued support and patience while we worked on completing this herculean task.

Last but not least, we wanted to celebrate our return with a contest, so we have teamed up with V.V. Holidays who have been kind enough to offer an exclusive summer weekend at a villa on the French riviera for the 2 lucky winners of our prize draw. To enter the draw, all you have to do is answer the following question:

What is the meaning of life according to Abbath?

The draw closes April 31st.

Welcome back.
Sadly I missed your competition as today is May 23rd.
I logged on as I am listening to Horna, who I was lucky enough to see at the Incineration Festival in London on the 12th, and I wanted to access your amazing resource to find out more.
Cheers
Mark
