Sarke streaming first single from upcoming full-length

Norwegian Black Metal veterans Norway Sarke have just released the first single from their upcoming album, which will be titled "Allsighr", and is planned for release on the 5th of November through Dutch label Soulseller Records.

The new song is titled "Bleak Reflections", and is the opening track from the new album. Check it out below:

The band commented briefly on the new song:

Recorded during the cold Norwegian winter of '20/'21 "Bleak Reflections" perfectly resembles its title. The progressive riffing and use of keyboards combined with the raw and mighty vocals of Darkthrone's Nocturno Culto make this album opening track a varied first single that stands as a rock!

The complete tracklist for "Allsighr" is as follows:

  1. Bleak Reflections
  2. Grim Awakening
  3. Funeral Fire
  4. Allsighr
  5. Beheading of the Circus Director
  6. Through the Thorns
  7. Glacial Casket
  8. Sleep in Fear
  9. The Reverberation of the Lost
  10. Imprisoned

"Allsighr" will mark Sarke's seventh full-length record, and their first release via Soulseller Records. Here's a closer look at the cover art, which was designed by Norwegian artist Kjell Åge Meland:

Sarke Allsighr

Sarke was formed in Olso, Norway in 2008 by Nocturno Culto of Norway Darkthrone fame and Thomas "Sarke" Berglie from Norway Khold and Norway Tulus. The lineup now also includes Steinar Gundersen on guitar and Anders Hunstad on keyboards, both of which are live musicians for Norway Satyricon, along with drummer Cato Bekkevold, previously of Norway Enslaved.

Pre-orders are now available via Soulseller Records:
