Winterfylleþ was the Old English name for the month of October.

The band's lyrical themes are Ancient British history, Anglo-Saxon literature and
Nature. Winterfylleth pursued a path close to their hearts - English Heritage, with an aim to bring awareness to England's historical stories folklore, landscapes and ancestral past.
